First step of soldering: fixing the brass rim
of upper aperture of the lamp shade:
 

After some more hours the shade is ready for
separating from the fiberglass lamp mold.

We use 4 light bulbs, (100 Watts each) which heat
both, shade and mold for 15 minutes, so that the GSE
Beeswax gets hot enough and is not longer sticking.
 

While the mold and lampshade is warming, Gudrun
cleans up the shade from outside.
 
 

After separating shade and mold the warm
beeswax can be removed by using some paper
from the kitchen roll:  It looks like new.
